Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Ultimate Burn bootcamp, a live 6-week online program with a fixed start date.

Before the batch starts
If you wish to cancel, email us at meghakapoor1412@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your batch start date and we will refund your payment in full. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Once the batch has started
After the batch start date, payments are non-refundable. This is because your seat has been reserved, access to the live sessions, recordings, and WhatsApp group has been provided, and the slot can no longer be offered to someone else.

Missed sessions
All live sessions are recorded, and recordings remain available for 10 days. If you are unable to attend a live session, you can catch up via the recording. Missed sessions are not grounds for a refund.

How to request a refund
Email meghakapoor1412@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase, with your payment ID. We will confirm and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

Exceptional circumstances
In genuine cases such as a medical emergency, contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution, which may include deferring your enrolment to a future batch.

1-on-1 Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming session, you can do so up to 4 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Locate the confirmation email you received from info@meghakapoor.in and simply reply to the confirmatory email about re-scheduling.

Subscriptions

All payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms at any time for any or no reason. To cancel your membership, please email us at info@meghakapoor.in. If you have cancelled your membership, you will lose access to all paid Content immediately after cancellation.
