I am Megha Kapoor and I am going to be your fitness coach and nutrition expert. I am certified with London Reps Level 3 and I will train you with an in-depth knowledge about your assigned regimes. (Training here is curated based on a detailed anatomy study of your body– it includes understanding your daily habits, diet, genetic conditions etc.)
Fitness for me is about more than just workouts; it is a combination of diet, health coaching, and training to create a more deep-rooted athleticism.
