Megha Kapoor

I am Megha Kapoor and I am going to be your fitness coach and nutrition expert. I am certified with London Reps Level 3 and I will train you with an in-depth knowledge about your assigned regimes. (Training here is curated based on a detailed anatomy study of your body– it includes understanding your daily habits, diet, genetic conditions etc.)

Fitness for me is about more than just workouts; it is a combination of diet, health coaching, and training to create a more deep-rooted athleticism.

Our programs will help you learn how take your first of many steps towards becoming fit. We believe in the power of consistency and knowledge. So, when you join the squad, you become part of one big family that believes in working hard, supporting each other and getting fit!
